Our core values are integrity,
trusting in the process,
and working with experts
from an emic perspective.
To create, nurture and sustain an inclusive culture, where differences drive innovative solutions to meet the needs of our patients and employees. Through an intersectional approach, we work towards the goals of equality in the workplace as well as female health in accordance to SGD. However, we believe these goals could benefit from a diversified process themselves, and we do see the need to include non-binary identities and target specific colonialist and racist structures in order to more effeciently combat inequalities long-term.
Our mission is to create awareness as it pertains to sustainable Diversity work.
Our position to the structural and institutional work with Diversity is that it must concern itself with Antidiscrimination in order to dismantle the societal constructions holding some people back from fairly navigating social and professional life. We therefore center our work around cultural background, gender and sexual orientation.
At Equity Impact, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of who we are. Our commitment to these values is unwavering and not up for debate. They are essential to our mission. We know that having varied perspectives helps generate better ideas to solve the complex work, and we look to the voices that speak for the minorities, as well as the minorities within the minorities.
Equitable work is circular and consists of micro-successes, short term goals and the acceptance of ongoing work. Dismantling the structures in place that hold some people back more than others is very important for us to reflect on - also internally here at Equity Impact.
